We have passed many of life's most difficult tests. We survived and even thrived through the things that came our way. Sometimes, though, we wonder if we have spent our life as wisely as we could have, and wish we had more to show for ourselves. But let's not focus on the past, instead, learn from it and move on. We must look at what we can yet become, our future...while enjoying our present, so to speak.
We want to be happy, but first we must let go of our regrets and sorrows over the past. We shouldn't fall into the trap of remorse, thinking that we failed or fell short and therefore don't deserve to be happy and fulfilled now or ever. That is not true!
We can help ourselves set anything right, and we still have time to do so. Then we can look forward to a truly happy, fulfilling, and love-filled future, free of remorse and regrets.
